1988ric reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where: a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed; fraud, collusion, or money laundering activity is detected; or at the request of competent regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

All bets placed on the 1988ric Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sporting market. 1988ric reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds arising from a manifest error, technical fault, or feed failure.
All casino games offered on the Platform utilize certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live-streamed dealer operations conducted under controlled studio conditions. 1988ric does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled maintenance, software updates, and unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary interruptions. 1988ric will make reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and will communicate planned maintenance periods in advance where practicable.
In circumstances where 1988ric is found liable by a competent court, the total aggregate liability of 1988ric to any Player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
